The Simply Perfect Weddings team is made up of a small group of locally based Queenstown wedding planners. We’ve channeled our passion for wedding planning into our all-inclusive wedding packages, especially curated to help couples planning from near and far.
We pride ourselves on being the most experienced all inclusive wedding package providers in Queenstown and feel very lucky to have helped hundreds of gorgeous couples get married in our stunning backyard over the past 14 years.
We do recommend booking early, as we limit the number of weddings we plan each year, to ensure that our couples receive the high level of service you deserve for your very own destination wedding day! Sarah Arkin
Our managing director, Sarah Arkin, has a wealth of experience in the local wedding industry including being the founding President of the Queenstown Wedding Association…so you can rest assured you are going to get the best service and amazing value from the local wedding industry as a Simply Perfect client.
Having planned weddings here in Queenstown for nearly 15 years, she knows all the best spots, venues and suppliers to work with. She loves everything about the wedding planning process, but her favorite part is helping couples create a wedding day that truly reflects their own personal style and personality.
Our goal is to allow you to create the most amazing wedding day; one that uniquely reflects you as a couple, paired with our expertise and local knowledge to keep the planning process simple and stress-free!
Sinead Keegan
We actually like to describe Sinead as our ‘wedding superstar’…mainly because that’s what she is! Sinead will keep your plans on schedule and make sure that everything runs smoothly from the time the first guest arrives until the last guest leaves. She has worked in events for several years and knows what it takes to make a wedding day not only memorable but stress-free and unforgettable.
You will find Sinead working away hours before the wedding begins, and by the time the first guest arrives…well everything looks Simply Perfect! She is the detail oriented, cool, calm and collected coordinator that every bride wants by her side come wedding day!
Sophie Farrar
Sophie is our elopement wedding coordination superstar who will be by your side every step of the way. Sophie loves helping you create your very own special day and ensuring every little detail is unique to you. Sophie’s favourite part of planning a wedding is learning your love story and seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces once you tie the knot – don’t be surprised if she tears up during the vows!
When Sophie isn’t busy coordinating our beautiful elopement wedding packages, she is teaching yoga classes here in Queenstown…so we can assure you she will be the ultimate calming presence, keeping everything under control on your wedding day!
